DULCE DE LECHE


 
Pues aquí está, el Dulce de leche que usé en la rica TARTA DE CREPES. Podéis usarlo en cualquier otra receta o untarlo directamente en una buena rebanada de pan...yo ya sé para qué lo voy a usar dentro de unos meses, ya os contaré.
La próxima vez prepararé uno menos espeso para usar como sirope, tiene que ser todo un espectáculo verlo resbalar por cualquier trozo de tarta!!!.
 
DULCE DE LECHE.
(Thermomix)
 
Necesitarás...
- 1 litro de leche entera
- 200ml de nata líquida
- 125gr de azúcar blanca
- 125gr de azúcar moreno
- 1 chorrito de miel
- 1  cucharadita de aroma de vainilla
 
Así se hace...
1. Pon todos los ingredientes en el vaso de tu Thermomix y programa 50 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 5.
2. Una vez terminado, vierte en el recipiente escogido y conserva en el frigorífico (espesa al enfriar).
* La textura de la foto (para untar, tipo crema de cacao) se consigue con 50 minutos y leche entera. Si lo quieres más líquido, bastará con 45 minutos y también variará en función del tipo de leche (entera, semi o desnatada) pero estamos hablando de pocos minutos arriba o abajo, vigilar.
 
 
 
Si prefieres hacerlo sin Thermomix o no dispones de ella, en una cacerola, todo bien mezclado, a fuego bajo y removiendo constantemente para que no se pegue. Te llevará mucho más tiempo y tienes que estar pendiente. Como siempre digo, Thermomix no es mágica, pero te ayuda en la cocina y te deja mucho más tiempo para otras cosas.

    1. Hola Jessie, más o menos 600gr. Puedes conservarla en un tarro (yo usé de cristal) en el frigorífico.

  7. Tienes razón para algunas cosas yo también creo que la thermomix es muy buena, sobre todo para este dulce de leche, o para cualquier mermelada es muy cómoda nos ayuda mucho.
