Hace tiempo que tengo preparada esta entrada a falta de subir una foto y hoy he pensado que de esta noche no pasaba porque como tarde un poco más, me va a dar escalofrío sólo verla.
Aquí os dejo mi granizado de limón, muy rápido y riquísimo, para refrescarse en veranito. Y si os atrevéis con un chorrito de ginebra o ron...ya me contaréis.
GRANIZADO DE LIMÓN
Necesitarás:
- 2 limones
- 300ml de agua
- 250gr de azúcar
- 500gr de cubitos de hielo
Así se hace:
1. Lava los limones y échalos en el vaso. Pulsa TURBO durante 2 segundos.
2. Coloca el cestillo en el vaso y cuela el líquido resultante.
3. Saca la pulpa que queda en el vaso y vuelve a echar la limonada en él.
4. Agrega el azúcar y el hielo y programa 30 segundos a velocidad 5.
Saben que siempre que pido helado al delivery, siempre pido gusto de limoon, este granizado vendría a ser algo parecido al helado de limon?? sería genial así puedo tener un postre de stos sin salir de casa y ahorrando dinero :)
